At Sole Plug Australia, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging (box, tags, and accessories)

  • Not show any signs of wear or damage

Any items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
